IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly, a sole proprietorship with its registered office at Rue des Moulins 4, 2072 Saint-Blaise, is in charge of the import-export trade of any product that helps to enhance beauty and well-being, as well as the distance selling service of the products in the online shop, through the website www.flawlesslashesbyloreta.ch, in partnership with the brand Flawless Lashes by Loreta.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The present "General Conditions of Sale" online and of delivery apply to all business concluded between the client and IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly through the internet site www.flawlesslashesbyloreta.ch.

THE ORDER

Orders can be placed from the website: www.flawlesslashesbyloreta.ch. Several validation screens allow the customer to go back over his order. Thus, the order will only be definitively recorded at the last validation, the acceptance click which has the value of a signature. The order will only be effective when the banking payment centres have given their agreement to the transaction in question. PRICE

The prices of the products are indicated in CHF (Swiss Francs) and the value added tax, if applicable, is displayed in the final invoice. The latest prices apply. We reserve the right to make changes.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

CLAIMS

FORCE MAJEURE

IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly shall not be held responsible for any failure to fulfil its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances: war, disaster, fire, floods,...; in general any event that does not allow the proper execution of orders.

APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

The present conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Swiss law. The parties, on the one hand: the customer and on the other hand: the company IEL DISTRIBUTION Laetitia El Baqqaly, expressly agree that any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
